How NUVARA handles enquiry details. My Paint List is stored in your own browser and sent only when you choose.

What is stored, and where
- My Paint List — the products, estimates and measurements you add are saved in your browser.
- Room and project measurements — saved in your browser, with the unit you entered them in.
- Your contact details — if you type your name, phone, location or notes, they are saved so you do not have to retype them.
- Your enquiry reference — generated in your browser and kept so WhatsApp, email and print all quote the same number.
None of this is sent to NUVARA automatically. There is no database behind this website and no form backend.
Sending
What happens when you send
- WhatsApp — the message opens in WhatsApp on your device with the details written out, and is transmitted when you press send, from your own account. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own terms apply.
- Email — behaviour depends on the email method configured. A mailto link opens your own email application and sends from your account.
- Print or save as PDF — produced entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted.
- Photographs — this website cannot upload files. If you say you have them, the message reminds you to attach them in WhatsApp yourself.
Hosting
Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs of requests to the site — typically IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
Control
Clearing what is saved
You can clear everything this site has saved at any time, using Clear saved data on the paint list page. That removes the paint list, the measurements, your saved contact details and the enquiry reference.
Shades
Shade codes and tint formulas
Keep the product name, shade code, batch information and any tint or formula reference shown on your bill or tinting record, where provided. It helps identify the original colour for a future purchase. Exact future colour matching cannot be guaranteed, because existing coatings, batches, application and ageing change appearance over time.
Whether formulas are retained, and for how long, is confirmed before purchase.
Enquiries
What we keep once you send
Once you send an enquiry we keep it, along with any quotation and order records that follow, for as long as needed to complete the sale, answer queries and meet statutory record-keeping requirements. We do not sell contact details or share them with advertisers.
